Delegate Young moves to amend SB1019 on page 2, line 24, by striking out the number “5,200,000” and inserting on lieu thereof, the number “5,275,000”;

And,

On page 2, at the end of line 24, by inserting the following: “($75,000 of which shall be used to install video broadcasting in the four House of Delegates Committee Rooms)”
